As the owner of Lodi Garage Doors and More, Dave Sciotto’s mission was to build an organization that would support the “need” in the Phoenix Metropolitan area for affordable yet solid quality products offering customers the safety they deserve and the splendor they want in their homes and work environments. Beginning in 1985 with the purchase of Overhead Door Corporation, Dave has been successful in realizing his goals having grown the organization from 9 employees to over 80 today. It’s this growth that has Lodi well equipped for its customers in a 24 hour capacity whether the function requires Emergency Service Representatives, Home or Business Installation Technicians.
In his effort to offer additional representation for Lodi customers in the Valley, Dave opened three showrooms equipped with part counter assistance in the Scottsdale and Mesa areas which offer over 300 garage door designs, a dramatic improvement from the 4 door designs offered in 1985. Remaining the same since 1985, however, is the core principle of maintaining a commitment to the customer which has been responsible for the continued success of Lodi Garage Doors and More and will continue to remain the keystone of Lodi’s future business planning efforts.

An avid volunteer with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix, today Dave serves on the Foundation for the Clubs. “The Phoenix Clubs are near and dear to my heart, it is a wonderful organization that does some amazing things for some truly deserving kids in our community and they do it with a staff that is constantly under paid and over worked, but they truly believe in what they do and they know how important they are to the kids”.
Dave is proud of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix for their fiscal responsibility, today .87-.88 cents of every dollar they raise goes directly to the benefit of the kids that puts them in the top echelon of all the non profits in the country. “If you ever wanted to help kids and do it with people who will spend your money wisely the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix is the place to go”.
Mr. Pleger has 40 years of experience in the supply side to the Arizona Construction Market. Most notably spending 25 years at Superlite Builders Supply, which thru mergers and acquisitions became Atrium Window Company. While at Atruim, Jack held the position of VP of Sales and Marketing for the Southwest Region overseeing over $100M in Sales. Jack joined Lodi Garage Doors and More in 1997 as the Sales and Marketing Manager and in 2004 was given the responsibility to develop a Commercial Division. In 2007, Jack was appointed to the position of VP of the Commercial Division.
Mr. Columbia has 25 years of experience using technology to implement processes that are predictable, cost efficient and profitable. As Vice President of Customer Relations and Corporate Quality for Lodi Garage Doors and More, Mario is spearheading the implementation of modern quality management methods ensuring feedback to all levels of the organization in an effort to facilitate change establishing Lodi’s “World Class Image” through a “Customer Driven Quality Approach”.
Mario is widely regarded for his ability to help organizations improve profitability and incorporate certification programs with a specific emphasis on Quality and Customer Satisfaction. Prior to Lodi, Mario held positions of Sr. Director of World Wide Operations and Total Quality, Western Regional Sales Manager, Sr. Director of Worldwide Customer Support and Total Quality Manager. Mario is a graduate of the Business Management and Computer Science program at Condie College; an alumnus of the Business Management Program at UC Santa Cruz’s School of Business Management; and certified in Demand Flow Technology by John Costanza’s Institute of Technology. He is also a Certified Internal Auditor (ISO9001/2000) and possesses numerous certificates in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support and Management from various colleges throughout Silicon Valley.
Mr. Bahr has been in the construction industry for over 23 years. He joined Lodi Garage Doors and More in 1990 as an installer. Lodi quickly realized Larry's talents and promoted him to Warehouse/Service Manager in 2 years. During the next 2 years, Larry excelled at his position with only one thing in mind "Only Satisfied Customers". In 1994, Larry was promoted to Installation Manager where he manages a team of 10 installers.
